Apprentices make things happen. Now more than ever, it is time to plan for the future. The Apprenticeship Team at Northbrook can help you find the right Apprentice for your business in a wide range of industries and will support you both through the Apprenticeship, giving frequent feedback on progress.
Apprentices will be working alongside your staff for most of the week gaining valuable knowledge and attending College for one day. The training is FREE for Apprentices age 16-18. You have to pay your Apprentice an appropriate wage. This means an Apprenticeship is a very cost-effective way of training.
Apprentices can be new members of staff or those you currently employ. A survey by the LSC has shown that employers of Apprentices believe they have higher productivity and lower staff turnover, they are more competitive and that Apprentices are cost-effective and a real asset to their business.
