Just Like the Orient Express - Apprentices on Vintage Trains
N orthbrook College, in partnership with Phoenix4Training LLP, is training apprentices at the famous Bluebell Railway, which runs vintage trains through the countryside from Sheffield Park to Horsted Keynes.
Two of the girls go back in time to become silver service waitresses on the Golden Arrow, a Pullman train just like the Orient Express.
Meanwhile, their colleagues serve guests at the Bessamer Arms, a traditional pub on the platform where other historic wood-clad trains pull up.
The four apprentices have been completing qualifications in Customer Service and one of them will now go on to the Team Leading course.
