Boys Have A Go At Fashion Design
S
chool boys were given a chance to try their hands at some fashion design, as part of an Aimhigher funded project. The boys from Bognor Regis
Community College and Felpham Community College spent the day designing and making hoodies in the College’s fashion & textiles workshops.
The ‘Xtreme Trades’ project has been designed to offer Year 8 boys the opportunity to experience activities and gain awareness of a variety of job roles that over recent years are predominately targeted, accessed and influenced by females.
The students will attend further taster sessions before completing an evaluation sheet about whether their views and perception of the subject area have changed.
