The Course

Your health is in your hands! Learn some useful techniques to help focus healing and to de-stress via hand reflex points. There is a plan to follow and verbal description so note taking is invaluable. Suitable for all.

What you will achieve

By the end of the course you will be able to:

  • give a hand reflexology treatment to family and friends
  • know where to look for further information or training
  • have learnt more about your own body, which can assist with confidence
  • take this interest into your daily life, making life a richer experience by lowering stress levels

Other Costs

A pillow to share, clean towel, moisturising cream, trimmed nails and sense of humor. (Change for coffee machines) We recommend that you bring a packed lunch and hot/cold drinks.

The Tutor

I qualified in Reflexology over 15 years ago have worked at HIV Clinic and various other professional Clinics. I also have a reasonable private client base and lots of experience with Feet and Hand Reflexology. Have taught for obout 10 years and still feel passionate about the health benefits of Reflexology.
