This is a two year part time course. It offers a natural progression from HND or Foundation Degree Music programmes and aims at developing professional skills and specialist practice within a challenging framework of research and production.


The course aims to produce innovative and creative practitioners able to fulfil a variety of roles within evolving music and creative technology industries.

Music for Film, Games or Media, Production Houses, Music Libraries, Publishing, Freelance Production/Composition, Sound Engineering, the Record Label Industry, Promotion, Multimedia - some with successful releases for high profile labels.

Entry Requirements

All applicants will be granted an interview for this course but please be aware that a relevant qualification at Foundation Degree level or HND with a merit profile is considered essential.However, a portfolio of previous work and any acquired prior learning will be considered alongside the grade profile.
