About this Course

Start dates - Sept, Jan and April. This course is offered on a 1:1 basis


The College is pleased to confirm that we will continue to offer the series of TAQA qualifications. The courses are delivered at Level 3 – Qualification for Assessment, available at either an Award or Certificate level. The main focus for this level is based on assessment of competence and comprises of a mandatory unit and optional units.


Level 4 – Qualification for Quality Assurance, again available at either an Award or Certificate level. The main focus for this level is based on quality assurance of other’s assessment decisions and also comprises of a mandatory unit and selection of optional units.


Learning comprises of mandatory input session/open learning/tutorials and observations.

Entry Requirements

Candidates are required to have the TAQA Level 3 Assessors Award or A1 equivalent and assessment experience prior to undertaking the TAQA Level 4 IQA Award'
