The CourseThis course is intended for both those new to Iyengar Yoga and those who wish to deepen their current practice. Iyengar yoga is a safe and accessible form of yoga suitable for all levels. Course Content
What you will achieveBy the end of the course you will be able to notice an improvement in your mobility, health and general wellbeing. Progression/Career PathYou can rejoin for next terms course or join one of the 3 hour yoga mornings run by Northbrook college. Other CostsPlease bring a yoga mat and a small blanket and any other yoga equipment you may own.
