About this Course


This course is suitable for students who are already experienced in some aspects of painting and drawing, but who want to develop their skills further.

 

Course Content

We will look at how drawing blends into painting – from line drawing through to tone and pastels, through to watercolour, acrylic and oil painting, taking in printmaking on the way.

What you will achieve

By the end of the course you will be able to work in a wide variety of media. The aim is to give students the opportunity to try as much as possible in the way of drawing and painting.

Progression/Career Path

Students can go on to take a more advanced or specialised art course.

Other Costs

A full materials list will be given at the start of each term, but a budget of around £30.00 per term would be needed.
