About this Course

This course is aimed at those that wish to try or continue to learn Bollywood dance. It can be for any level or dance ability.


No need to bring anything. Please wear comfortable clothes. Bare feet are preferred but light shoes with grips also be worn.

 

Course Content

The class will include a warm up, different focus each week (turns, jumps, hand positions, coordination) and student will work on a piece that Charlotte has choreographed and practice a complete song.

What you will achieve

By the end of the course you coordination may have improved and you will have learnt many Bollywood steps. You will also have practicsed and memorized a dance piece from beginning to end.

Progression/Career Path

Attending further Bollywood classes will continue to improve your ability to coordinate steps and put them together.

Charlotte Jalley is the tutor. She has had ten year of exper9ence teaching Bollywood in many different settings. Before teaching she was a dancer in Bollywood films. She trained at the BRITs School and then London Contemporary Dance School.
