This one year Honours top-up Degree programme is designed to set up students with a creative toolkit for a career in the Music Industry. Students will be encouraged to generate and enhance their individual pursuits with support from industry experts. The vocational nature of the course opens up career opportunities through practical multi-skill development: advanced performance skills, critical thinking, recording, production and musicianship. Collaboration with Music Business, Production, Composition, Art, Design, Fashion, Dance and Media departments will be nurtured.

  • - Masters Degree

Entry Requirements

Individual offers may vary.


All students are invited to interview/audition and should possess:


  • Foundation Degree/HND, with an overall merit profile, in a relevant subject (or an equivalent overseas qualification together with a proven ability in spoken and written English at ELTS 6 overall)

  • Good reference or college report

  • Portfolio of work demonstrating the range of prior achievement


Alternative qualifications and industrial experience would be considered and discussed at interview.


It is strongly advised that all Higher Education applicants will have successfully achieved an A*- C grade in both GCSE Mathematics and English (or equivalent qualification), to enable them to successfully complete their studies at Northbrook College and enhance their future career prospects.
