The student houses listed below are owned and managed by private landlords who have signed the Northbrook Student Accommodation Code (except for 98 Broadwater Road which is college-managed). Most of these houses can accommodate groups of 4 or 5 students and the college-managed house has 12 rooms. Nearly all the houses are within walking distance of each other.

Northbrook's main campus (the University Centre in West Durrington) is about 6 minutes' walk from Goring-by-Sea station. This can be reached in minutes from the three Worthing stations (Worthing, West Worthing and East Worthing). Northbrook has no contractual or other relationships with private providers and cannot influence the standard of properties or terms on which it is let. However properties that can be substantiated to be in breach of the Northbrook Student Accommodation Code will risk being removed from the College’s list. Northbrook College reserves the right to withdraw any information concerning accommodation without notification or reason. Students should read contracts carefully and, if necessary, take independent legal advice before entering into any agreement. We strongly advise students to view accommodation prior to signing any tenancy agreement. Northbrook is unable to take any responsibility for any agreements made between the provider and student.
