College Accredited with Advice & Guidance Standard
N orthbrook is delighted to have been re-accredited with the Matrix Standard for its information, advice and guidance services. The Matrix assessor's report included some very favourable comments, including "A continuing strength is the College's staff who are friendly, welcoming and approachable which makes for easy relationships with learners and creates a strong client-centred ethos. Without exception, students commented favourably on this aspect of the service and it was good to hear that they felt respected by staff and fellow students as well as safe."
