Celebrity chef Momma Cherri thrilled Northbrook students with a visit to the College’s Hospitality and Catering department this week.
Momma Cherri rose to fame on TV when her Brighton Soul Food Shack was featured on Gordon Ramsay’s Kitchen Nightmares.
She gave a colourful and lively presentation, with pictures, films and music, during which she spoke about her recipes as well as offering the students business advice on setting up a restaurant.
Momma Cherri finished by passing round some of her home made Cajun spice mix and advising the students “Follow your dreams!”.
