Northbrook College, in conjunction with the Herald and Gazette series, has launched its campaign to recruit 100 apprentices in 100 days.
The official launch took place on Friday at the 14-19 Centre, Broadwater, and was attended by Sir Peter Bottomley and Worthing Mayor Ann Barlow. Following a speech by Sir Peter Bottomley, 100 balloons were released to mark the start of the campaign.
Sir Peter said, “I’m behind the 100 in 100 campaign, which will help people gain apprenticeships and knowledge of trades through Northbrook College Sussex. I know from the Apprenticeship Minister’s visit here, a few weeks ago, that the College is already helping a number of apprentices and playing its part in ensuring that students can grow their skills to the benefit of all.”
