Paul King came to education after a 16 year career as a touring sound engineer/production manager. He currently works as lecturer, course leader and external examiner, and is a private consultant in acoustic design. 


Paul began training as a sound engineer at the Recording Workshop Ohio USA (1988) and has more recently attended courses in Pro-tools and Mastering. He has an MA in Music Technology, London Metropolitan University.


Paul’s current professional focus is to extend his knowledge of developing software, hardware and wider industry practice.

Sound Engineer (touring FOH engineer, systems engineer, and venue house-sound engineer).  Production Manager and Tour Manager.
