Fees
The fees quoted on the course pages of this website only apply to the start date specified on the same page. The College reserves its right to increase these in future academic years. Enrolment taken before or at any point during a course will always attract the whole fee specified for the Full, Discounted or Concessionary fee band. Requests to enrol after the course start date are considered at the discretion of the College.
Instalment plans
This facility (for course fees over and above £80) is available providing that the payment is made by Direct Debit. An initial 25% deposit is required and the balance payable (in up to six monthly instalments including the initial deposit) by the end of March or the end of the course, whichever is the sooner. In order to take advantage of the Instalment plan, students will be required to complete documentation at the Littlehampton Road campus only. Should you withdraw from the course the full outstanding balance must be settled immediately. Please apply at time of enrolment.
Full payment before course start

Standard Cancellation Charge and Refunds
It is not College policy to issue refunds unless it has been necessary to cancel the course and a substitute alternative is not available.
No refunds will be initiated if classes are cancelled for circumstances beyond our control.
If the decision to withdraw from the course is that of the student, either prior to or within the first two weeks of the course commencing, a Standard Cancellation Charge of £30 will always be payable. Students who withdraw after the first two weeks will be required to pay the full fee.
Please note that there may be circumstances in which there are insufficient fee paying students to allow the course to be run. In these instances the College reserves the right to cancel the course. A full refund will be paid if this situation occurs. Where a class is missed (eg due to tutor illness or venue problems) we will try to arrange an alternative date. If we are not able to offer an alternative date, we will refund students for the cost of the missed class.
