Performing Arts Lecturer
Specialist Areas of Delivery:
Sarah trained at Desmond Jones School of Mime and Physical Theatre, she completed an HND in Physical Theatre, Northbrook College. She extended her training by attending intensive workshops in Suzuki, Butoh and clowning. Sarah worked with Company Collisions as a performer and devisor in all eight of their shows (UK tour inc International Mime Festival and Purcell Room, National Theatre, Ireland, France).
Sarah performed in Facepack Theatre’s mask show ‘Are You A Drip?’ for 14 years (Tour of schools). Sarah has worked with, and currently works with Periplum Theatre Companies outdoor site specific shows ‘The Bell’ (UK tour, inc National Theatre, Poland), ‘La Campana’ (tour of Mexico), 1000 Revolutions, Navigator, Libyan collaboration, (Olympic park). Sarah has written and performed her own solo show (Uk tour, nominated best solo performer, Brighton Fringe).
Sarah has taught for Pavilion Tours, (Italy, Spain), ACT Brighton and at Northbrook College since 2005.
She is currently studying an MA in Creative Writing at Chichester University.
