You will be working in the Northbrook Theatre complex which includes the excellently equipped Northbrook Theatre and the studio theatre as well as box office, production rooms and studios. Some work will be with external venues. You will learn how to plan, advertise, administrate and run theatre, art based and music events.

The course is the equivalent of one A Level and carries the same UCAS points.

Modules include:
- Production for Theatre Performance
- Arts Administration
- Theatre Front of House Operations

How will I be assessed?

You will be assessed through a range of assignments linked to the course units. The methods of assessment vary from unit to unit but all include practical elements and there are no exams. Other modes of assessment include shows, workshops, rehearsals, written work and presentations.

What can I do afterwards?

All successful students can progress to Northbrook's own National Certificate or Diploma courses or, for those with sufficient UCAS points, Foundation Degree courses and Degrees in the Music and Theatre department.
