Updated May 2016

Due to Government funding changes, Northbrook College will be delivering all UAL Level 3 courses as one year Diplomas with the opportunity to progress to a second year and achieve an Extended Diploma.

This means that if you are 18 years old on the 31 st August 2016, or aged 19-23 and have not already achieved a full level 3 or above qualification there will be no tuition fee for the UAL Level 3 Diploma (year 1).

If you choose to progress to the Extended Diploma tuition fees will apply. By successfully achieving a UAL Diploma (year 1) you will gain a full Level 3 qualification, therefore any fee remission will not apply for the UAL Extended Diploma.

If you have an EHCP (Educational Health Care Plan) and are under 25 years old at the start of each course there will be no tuition fee .

If you choose to progress to the Extended Diploma in year 2, tuition fees can be paid by an Advanced Learner Loan. Advanced Learner Loans are available for 19+ students enrolling on level 3-6 courses. Please find information enclosed regarding the Advanced Learner Loan or visit our Advanced Learner Loan page for further guidance. If you choose to fund the Extended Diploma course yourself, Direct Debit options are available, please see our Fee Payment page for payment options.
