The Creative Events Management Foundation Degree aims to equip students who wish to work in the Creative Industries, or related sectors, with a diverse range of skills required to engage with, and manage, creative and cultural events. All practitioners in the Creative Industries are finding that the ability to curate and manage events and activities is central to the development of contemporary art and cultural enterprise and business practice.

The Creative Events Management Foundation Degree represents an opportunity for students to engage with a disciplinary approach that will consider the business and cultural context of the Creative Industries and will develop a range of skills, knowledge and experience that will enable them to complement their own areas of interest in the sector with a skills profile that will enhance their employability in the related sectors.

Through the creative and collaborative approach students will develop their range of skills, knowledge and experience and will learn how to recognise and collaborate with individuals and organisations in terms of delivering successful projects from both a business model context and a cultural outcome.
