Singing for Beginners

COURSE OVERVIEW

Singing for Beginners is the perfect course if you are looking to learn some new vocal skills, sing with others of different abilities and have fun singing your favourite tunes, in unison or as a solo.
Throughout the course, you will learn basic music theory, different vocal techniques, vocal health, singing in unison, and building up the confidence to sing solo parts. Song choices at first will be selected by the tutor but as the course develops, we encourage students to choose their songs with group/1:1 vocal tuition to develop their ongoing techniques and vocal ability. All vocal tracks will be learned to a backing track, allowing students to find a backing that matches their style of singing.
By the end of the course, students will have developed vocal techniques that they can continue to improve if they wish, will have the correct information and tools to continue their development after the course has ended, and built up their confidence with singing/performing with others. Singing is a beautiful thing!
