Our supportive, classroom-based, delivery is aimed at those who have little or no experience in the teaching or training sector. Looking at the different types and methods of assessment used in the sector, you’ll focus on;

- Inclusive learning
- Valuing diversity
- Planning assessment
- Giving constructive feedback.
Under the guidance of an experienced teacher, you will have the opportunity to reflect on your role as a new teacher or trainer, evaluate relationships in the industry, meet and build a network with other new teachers and practise your skills with your group. This course aims to increase your confidence and broaden your repertoire of effective, evidence-based teaching methods Hear from Education and Training alumni Nina Bhirangi and Cathy Anderson about why they would recommend this essential teaching qualification.
