About this Course

Bollywood Dance is a fun and energetic dance style from India. It can be adapted easily so any level can join the class.

 

Course Content

The class will include a warm up, different focus each week (turns, jumps, hand positions, coordination) and student will work on a piece that Charlotte has choreographed and practice a complete song.

What you will achieve

By the end of the course you will have learned many different Bollywood dance moves and memorized a full routine.

Progression/Career Path

Attending further Bollywood classes will continue to improve your ability to coordinate steps and put them together.

What you need to bring

No need to bring anything. Please wear comfortable clothes. Bare feet are preferred but light shoes with grips also be worn.

The Tutor

Charlotte Jalley is the tutor. She has had ten year of exper9ence teaching Bollywood in many different settings. Before teaching she was a dancer in Bollywood films. She trained at the BRITs School and then London Contemporary Dance School.
