WOODWORK FOR BEGINNERS

COURSE OVERVIEW

This course is suitable for the complete beginner.

Amongst the learning experiences, focus will be on the use of hand woodworking tools, the preparation of timber for working and the marking out and cutting of common joints such as dovetails.

Students will then design and work on their projects, the complexity of which will be determined by the students’ skill level and time available.

Tutor: Ian Francis. This course runs on a Tuesday evening 1820-2100
