The Level 3 Award in Education and Training is the ideal first step towards finding your way into teaching. Our supportive, classroom-based, delivery is aimed at those who have little or no experience in the teaching or training sector. You’ll gain valuable insight into the teaching roles and responsibilities in education and training, alongside ways to maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment. Looking at the different types and methods of assessment used in the sector, you’ll focus on;

  • Lesson planning
  • Inclusive learning

  • Giving constructive feedback.

Under the guidance of an experienced teacher, you will have the opportunity to reflect on your role as a new teacher or trainer, evaluate relationships in the industry, meet and build a network with other new teachers and practise your skills with your group.
