Northbrook College hosts support day for Adur and Worthing Careers Professional Group
Northbrook College invited members of the Adur and Worthing Careers Professional Group to visit our West Durrington campus last month.
The event was designed to provide information and support on the curriculum offered by the college and give updates on the latest news.
And it certainly proved popular, with guests sharing their feedback and creative ideas about how the group can work more collaboratively to share cohesive support to young people in the local region.
Viv Ridsdale and her Northbrook College Careers team hosted the event, and engaging presentations were delivered by heads of learning Sam Swainson, Helen Curtis and Jude Woodward. They were joined by Phil Perryman, Business Development Lead, Zoe Buckley, School and Community Liaison Officer, and Ciara Williams, T Level Development Coordinator, who gave an overview of the current courses available, as well as progression options for students.
Helena Thomas, Principal for Northbrook and Worthing College, also gave an update on the progress of the Worthing Property Strategy and the plans for relocating the provision currently taking place at the college’s Broadwater campus.
