This two year course provides students with the knowledge, skills and understanding necessary to progress to degree level study and employment in the fast-moving games industry.
COURSE OVERVIEW
Computing and digital skills are essential in almost every industry and business. Our courses have been designed in collaboration with industry experts to ensure we deliver the latest knowledge in areas such as computer hardware, computer networks, cyber security, cloud computing and virtual augmented reality. As you progress through your courses, you will develop programming skills and get hands-on experience in the installation and configuration of software and hardware.

FURTHER INFORMATION
At least three GCSEs at grade 3 or above, including English and maths.
After Level 2 you can progress onto the Level 3 diploma either full-time or as an apprentice.

You will be assessed throughout your course via practical activity observations, academic coursework and industry placements. Assessments are based around ‘real-life’ projects and industry or workplace scenarios including work experience. Your final grade will be awarded as pass, merit or distinction.
